This site presents Wild Telemetry, a desktop application for motorsport telemetry analysis, and allows visitors to request access to it. Access is granted through a named activation code.

3. Conditions of use

Access to this site is free and requires no registration. Users agree to use the site lawfully and not to use its forms to send unlawful content, unsolicited advertising, or third-party data without consent.

4. Intellectual property

The source code, brand, design and content of this site and of the application belong to its owner. Wild Telemetry is distributed under a proprietary licence; its use is governed by theterms of service.

MoTeC, AiM, Race Studio and iRacing are trademarks of their respective owners. They are named solely to describe file format compatibility. This site is neither affiliated with nor endorsed by any of those companies.

5. Liability

The owner is not liable for damage arising from improper use of the application, nor for technical or sporting decisions taken on the basis of its results. The analysis is a decision-support tool, not a substitute for an engineer's judgement.

6. Governing law

This notice is governed by Spanish law. Any dispute shall be submitted to the courts of the owner's domicile, unless applicable consumer legislation provides otherwise.
